I’m absolutely thrilled to announce my partnership with Champions Speakers, the UK’s most trusted and leading speaker bureau. As someone who’s dedicated my career to advocating for LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion, teaming up with Champions is a huge step forward — not just for me, but for the broader mission of bringing real, positive change to workplaces across the country.
Over the past few years, I’ve been honoured to speak at some incredible events, sharing my personal journey as a gay man, as well as my insights into diversity, representation, and the power of authenticity. Through my writing, broadcasting, and keynote talks, I’ve seen just how vital these conversations are — especially in corporate environments where inclusivity can have a powerful impact on culture and performance.
Now, will the additional help of Champions, I’ll be able to share that message with even more organisations. We’ve already had great success working together at events for major companies like Microsoft and Nomura — and that’s only the beginning.
“This partnership with Champions allows me to reach new audiences, open more minds, and help build truly inclusive workplaces. Their commitment to representing a wide range of voices is exactly what we need in today’s world — and I couldn’t be more excited to continue this journey with them.”
Working with the Champions team has been an absolute pleasure. Their professionalism, energy, and passion for amplifying important voices make them a perfect fit for the kind of work I want to do.
Jack Hayes, Director of Champions, shares my excitement:
“We’re proud to partner with Matt Cain — a leading voice in LGBTQ+ advocacy and someone whose story and message resonates across industries. Together, we’re committed to helping businesses create spaces where everyone can thrive.”
Whether you’re planning an event, looking to inspire your teams, or ready to champion diversity and inclusion at a deeper level, I’d love to be part of that conversation — and with Champions and their sister organisation the LGBT Speakers Agency , that’s now easier than ever.
Here’s to the next chapter. Let’s make it count.
